At Pannelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and wall paneling. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
